The central aim of this training programme is to deliver highly interactive and practical management training on the topic of ‘equipping you with the skill sets to lead teams in an international context’. The following objectives have been devised to achieve this aim:

The primary aim of this course is to help participants understand the strategic fundamentals of a service company—ranging from the company’s mission and vision to its business model and value proposition.
Programme implementation
Teaching is highly interactive, with a focus on facilitating the direct application of techniques by learners in their own organisations. This course centres on building the following skill sets:

3. GSEP, SEOUL NATIONAL UNIVERSITY SUMMER CAMP

The Graduate School of Engineering Practice (GSEP) is incorporated in Seoul National University. Seoul National University is a national research university located in Seoul, the capital of Korea. It is widely considered the most prestigious university in the country. In its current form, the university was founded in 1946. Thus, it is the oldest national university in the country. The university comprises sixteen colleges, one graduate school, and nine professional schools. The student body consists of nearly 17,000 undergraduate and 12,000 graduate students.
Programme aims and objectives
The central aim of this programme is to deliver a one-week, highly interactive and practical programme to GSEP on the topic of ‘Strategy and Doing Business in China’. To achieve this aim, IBSS proposes to deliver the following:
design and delivery of training for a one-week long summer camp
inclusion of at least one day for a company visit and culture tour
programme management and administrative support.
Programme implementation
This programme is comprised of five days of interactive training, including one company visit and a cultural tour. Courses centre on cultivating core skills that can help develop each participant to become an active leader in an international context.
