A comprehensive correction of the Gaia DR3 BP/RP (XP) spectra

Abstract: 

Gaia Data Release 3 has made an extensive and novel low-resolution BP/RP (XP) spectra data set available. It provides one of the best data sets and a unique research opportunity in many fields. Despite their huge potential, Gaia XP spectra have been found to suffer systematic errors that depend on color and G magnitude. These errors have limited the optimal usage of the XP spectra in various areas.
