Professor Kesavadas, Founder and Director of University of Illinois’s Health Care Engineering Systems Center, Professor Li Yao, International Joint Research Institute of Robotics and Intelligent Systems, visited CUIT and participated in the meeting on cooperation in the Administration Building. Vice Dean of Control Engineering College Jiang Tao, Director of the International Office Duan Qianbing, and Deputy Director Liu Wei attended the meeting which was hosted by Vice President He Jianxin.
He Jianxin welcomed the guests and introduced the basic information of CUIT. Duan Qianbing introduced the foreign exchanges and cooperation modes of our university. Professor Kesavadas introduced University of Illinois including majors of Mechanical Engineering and Health Medical Engineering. Both sides discussed on the cooperation of research teams, joint training of graduate students, teachers’ learning and training exchange programs, hoping that more in-depth exchanges and cooperation on education and scientific research could be carried out.
