二、应聘条件
(1) 在国内外著名高校毕业,具有力学、航空宇航、材料、机械等相关专业的博士学位或者近期内能顺利完成博士论文答辩者;
(2) 具有较好的英文科技论文写作能力和交流能力;
(3) 勤奋进取,认真踏实,积极主动,较强的科研创新能力和良好团队协作精神,能独立开展课题研究;
(4) 以第一作者在最具学术影响力期刊上发表论文至少1篇;或以第一作者发表SCI论文至少2篇;或具有显著工程能力(经认定);
(5) 年龄一般不超过35岁。
三、相关待遇
(1) 特别资助博士后年薪不低于33万元/年,专职科研不低于21万元/年+绩效。

Qualifications/Requirements:
l PhD degree or has qualifications for PhD defense, in Mechanics, Aeronautical and Astronautical Science and Technology, Materials, Mechanical Design or/and Manufacturing, etc., graduated from famous universities at home and abroad.
l Good English skill in speaking and writing.
l Diligent, conscientious, proactive, team working, good ability and strong willingness to do research innovatively and independently.
l Good publication records: one or more papers published in journals with most academic influence, or at least two papers included in SCI where the applicant is the first author. Or significant engineering capabilities (identified).
l No more than thirsty-five years old.

满足上述条件者,在国家级竞赛中获得较高层次奖励、在公开刊物已发表过论文或有社会实践经历且获得优良评价者优先接收。
二、申请材料
1.《西安交通大学2014年接收外校推荐免试攻读硕士学位研究生申请表》(学术型学位、专业学位);
2.加盖申请人所在学校教务处公章的本科正式成绩单;

6.对通过复试并同意接收的外校优秀应届本科毕业生,由学院凭面试记录表到研招办开具接收函。
7.被我校接收的推免生凭接收函到所在学校研招办领取本人所在省(市)高校招生办公室签发的《全国推荐免试攻读硕士学位研究生(直博生)登记表》(封面上须有当地省级招生办盖章)。于11月20前将《推荐免试硕士生报名登记表》、在校历年成绩单、体检表(可在当地或我校参加体检)用中国邮政快递(EMS)邮寄或送至西安交通大学研招办。
