On the afternoon of March 19th, the International Business School Suzhou (IBSS) at Xi'an Jiaotong-Liverpool University (XJTLU) successfully hosted the 2025 IBSS Spring Career Fair in the GF Lobby of the BS Building. The event served as an effective platform for students to engage directly with prospective employers. Meticulously organized by IBSS WEC team, the fair attracted 49 esteemed companies, including the PricewaterhouseCoopers, the Institute of Singapore Chartered Accountants, Suzhou Branch of Bank of Ningbo, Zhongtian Technology, and many others. These enterprises collectively offered over 1,000 internship and full-time positions spanning diverse industries such as finance, technology, consulting, manufacturing, retail, and education.

Employers also displayed remarkable enthusiasm, diligently addressing students' queries and identifying candidates who aligned with their requirements, thereby infusing fresh energy into their company. Notably, over 400 students attended this fair, underscoring their proactive approach to career development and exceptional qualities.

In the opening remarks, Professor Jorg Bley, Dean of IBSS, highlighted, "IBSS is dedicated to nurturing business talents with global competitiveness.
