任彦军，中共党员，西北农林科技大学经济管理学院教授，博士生导师，校级青年拔尖人才，陕西省高层次青年人才，德国基尔大学农业经济学博士、博士后，师从德国农业经济学会主席Prof. Jens-Peter Loy。2019至2021就职于德国莱布尼兹转型经济农业发展研究所任研究员。德国兼任西北农林科技大学“中德农业与食物经济研究中心”主任，德国莱布尼兹转型经济农业发展研究所（IAMO）客座研究员，农业部中德农业中心（DCZ）高级顾问，陕西省奶羊产业岗位专家等。主要研究方向包括食物经济，营养健康、及消费者行为等。主持及参与德国政府联邦教育部、德国石荷州政府及中国国家社会科学基金、国家社科基金重大项目、高校人文社会科学重点研究基地重大项目、陕西省秦创原引用高层次创新创业人才项目等多项。在包括Social Science & Medicine, Regional Studies, Journal of Rural Studies, China Economic Review, Empirical Economics, China Agricultural Economic Review,《农业经济问题》，《农业技术经济》等国内外高水平学术期刊发表论文近30篇。长期担任逾30种期刊匿名评审并多次受邀担任客座编辑。
