RNA has a complex regulatory network. With the development of AI technology, we try to apply the latest AI technology to the research of RNA regulation. For example, we study the interaction between RNA binding proteins and RNA, the influence of RNA sequence and structure on RNA stability, RNA sequence design to meet specific immune requirements, RNA cell-specific regulation and other issues.
