孙秀东,男,1977年6月生,博士,副教授。
教学方面主要为园艺及设施专业本科生讲授《蔬菜园艺学》、《设施蔬菜学》等课程,参编《园艺学各论(北方本)》、《蔬菜栽培学各论(北方本)》2部国家规划教材,获山东农业大学教学成果二等奖1项。
科学研究领域为葱姜蒜类蔬菜栽培与分子生物学,包括葱姜蒜类蔬菜种质资源创新及利用、栽培理论与技术创新、功能基因组学等方面。通过引种驯化、原生质体培养及融合技术、多倍体诱导技术改良大蒜品种、创造新种质。在大蒜休眠相关基因的克隆、差异筛选以及功能分析等方面,取得了创新性成果。相关研究结果发表在《Molecular Plant》、《Genome Biology》、《Horticulture Research》、《Plant Cell Reports》、《Molecular Genetics and Genomics》、Plant Cell, Tissue and Organ Culture》、《Protoplasma》等期刊上。
研究方向
1. 葱姜蒜类蔬菜栽培与分子生物学:葱姜蒜类蔬菜种质资源创新及利用、栽培理论与技术创新、功能基因组学等方面。通过引种驯化、原生质体培养及融合技术、多倍体诱导技术改良大蒜品种、创造新种质。
2. 番茄耐盐的分子遗传解析与新材料创制:开展番茄种质资源、重组自交系群体等材料的耐盐性鉴定,进行全基因组关联分析,发掘耐盐关键候选位点/基因与功能标记,解析耐盐遗传基础,构建耐盐全基因组选择模型。
