The
International Student Office hereby announces specific arrangement for the Official University Registration
Procedures 【Registration
Procedure Step 5-10】according to the finance category as follows:
Morning Session 08:30-12:00: Self- financed
students.
Afternoon Session 14:00-17:00: Scholarship
students, Exchange Students
Students
need to register at the International Student
Activity Center according to the finance category.
Materials
for registration must be well and completely prepared according to the
registration material list in case of being rejected.

Notes:
1. Tuition
Payment must be finished by cash or UnionPay Cards. Self-financed students can
apply for HUB system registration 1 day after tuition payment.
2.
Scholarship Students can apply for ICBC Bank Card for receiving stipend at the Registration Hall.
3.
Students are supposed to call the school coordinator before going to register
at their own school/department.
