Dear international Students,
The autumn semester of 2017 will begin in September when many new international students will arrive in HUST and start a new life, just as you did.
The reception and registration for the coming new students will be between August 30th to September 14 and hereby we sincerely invite you to join the volunteer group to serve the new students, who might be your countrymen and your future friends.

If you are interested in it , please fill the application form attached below and send it to the email: 935615935@qq.com or 1656292415@qq.com before 10:00 p.m., August 27, 2017. You will be informed by email or call before August 28, 2017 if you are recruited as a volunteer.
5/Other tips:
a) 30 seats are available.
b) ISO will offer meals and volunteer certificate;
c)3 ladies are wanted to greet new comers at Tianhe Airport from August 30 to September 3, 2017. Meals, accomodation, and some payment will be offered.
