Notice Regarding
International Students Attending the 2017 HUST Sports Meeting
To
all international students:
To
improve the health of all students and teachers in HUST, the 2017th sports meeting of HUST is going to be held from Oct 20th to 22th,2017, in the central
playground in the main campus (postponed if raining), and
international students (degree students only) can apply to
participate in the opening ceremony and the sports competition. The
details are as follows:
1. Go to
your own department to apply and register to participate in the
opening ceremony on the 20th, 2017. International students
who are attending
the opening ceremony shall wear formally, or traditional
clothes as
requested by the department.
2. Go to
your own department to register in the sports competition. International
students are allowed to take the sports competitions if your
health condition is positive, and if your health condition is
not suitable for sports competition, and you insist in participating, you will
take full consequences
by yourself.
All athletes
who attend the competitions of middle-distance or long-distance running shall take
the health examination which
is organized by the university.
3. During
the sports meeting, athletes must obey the rules of HUST and the guidelines of the
sports competition, and to show
the spirits of international students, and win the honor for
your department and yourself.

关于国际学生参加2017年华中科技大学运动会的通知
全体国际学生：
为提高全校师生的健康水平，学校决定于2017年10月20-22日在中心操场举办2017年华中科技大学运动会（遇雨延期），国际学生（学历生）可报名参加运动会开幕式和比赛项目。现将有关事宜通知如下：
一、国际学生到所在院系报名参加运动会开幕式方阵展演。参加开幕式的，请根据所在院系要求，穿着正式服装或者传统民族服饰。
二、国际学生到所在学院了解比赛项目信息并报名参赛。报名参加比赛项目的国际学生，须根据自身健康状况慎重选择参赛项目，不得参加个人健康状况不允许的运动项目。否则，由此导致的一切后果，由学生个人承担。
报名参加中、长跑项目的，必须根据院系安排参加学校统一组织的身体健康检查。
三、比赛期间，国际学生需遵守校纪校规和运动会的竞赛规则，积极发扬健康积极向上的精神风貌，为所在院系争光。
