Our primary focus is on translational medicine research targeting tumor genomics. We utilize statistical models to mine through multi-omics data, including genetic polymorphisms, somatic mutations, epigenomics, and gene expression, in search of determinants that are associated with clinical features such as tumor subtype classification, prognosis, and sensitivity to targeted therapies. Furthermore, we strive to explain the regulatory mechanisms governing these determinants. Building upon these insights, we establish complex network models rooted in multi-omics correlations and apply artificial intelligence methodologies to discover novel tumor driver genes.
