个人简介

甘肃省天水市清水县人,2010年以《量子力学》专业课满分的成绩考入了西南大学攻读硕士研究生,2015年获得理学博士学位,2016年入选西南交通大学“雏鹰学者”人才资助计划,2018-2022年在加拿大滑铁卢大学分别以访问学者、博士后、副研究员的身份进行科研工作。2022年回国后入职西安交通大学,担任教授/博导,并入选“青拔A”资助计划,入选2024年度全球前2%顶尖科学家榜单,入选国家级青年人才。迄今为止,以第一/通讯作者在国际SCI期刊 Advanced Materials (IF = 29.4), ACS Nano (IF = 17.1),Advanced Functional Materials (IF = 19.0),Nano Letters (IF = 10.8),Nano Energy (IF = 17.6),Advanced Science (IF = 15.1),Small (IF = 13.3), Nano-Micro Letters (IF = 26.6),Materials Today Nano (IF = 10.3),Materials Today Physics (IF = 11.5),ACS Materials Letters (IF = 11.4) 等上发表SCI收录论文100余篇。影响因子大于10的论文30余篇,11篇遴选进入全球ESI 1% 高被引,2篇入选中国工程院编写的《全球工程前沿2020》报告中“类脑智能芯片”工程研究前沿核心论文。论文总引用约7000次(来自Google学术),个人H指数47,i10指数150。获得授权发明专利约20项,主持自然科学基金面上项目等共计约10项。

研究领域

1. 忆阻器的制备及其在信息存储、人工神经突触、人工神经网络、神经形态学计算、智能电子皮肤、人工视觉、类脑芯片、下一代人工智能和量子信息器件中的前沿应用。

2. 基于忆阻器的类脑芯片在脑科学、健康监测、疾病诊断、人工假肢、肿瘤监测、生物指示检测等领域的应用。

3. 可持续天然生物材料的提取及其在可穿戴柔性电子器件和可植入生物医学器件中的应用。

前期的研究

(1)聚焦于构建基于忆阻器的神经突触器件和人工神经网络,围绕“智能类脑芯片”、“多功能芯片集成”、以及“新一代人工智能”等国际热点领域开展研究。

 

 

(2)聚焦于使用生物相容性的有机材料制备忆阻器件,实现在可植入生物医学、健康监测、以及疾病诊断中的应用,推动忆阻器在“智慧医学”和“脑机接口”领域的研究进程。
