(4)   以第一作者在最具学术影响力期刊上发表论文至少1篇；或以第一作者发表SCI论文至少2篇；或具有显著工程能力（经认定）；

Research Area:

l  Mechanics: Fracture, Damage, Fatigue, Failure, etc.

l  Reliability Analysis, Integrality Assessment, etc.

l  Aeronautical and Astronautical Science and Technology (Structure Strength of Flight Vehicle).

Qualifications/Requirements:

l  PhD degree or has qualifications for PhD defense, in Mechanics, Aeronautical and Astronautical Science and Technology, Materials, Mechanical Design or/and Manufacturing, etc., graduated from famous universities at home and abroad.

l  Good English skill in speaking and writing.

l  Diligent, conscientious, proactive, team working, good ability and strong willingness to do research innovatively and independently.

l  Good publication records: one or more papers published in journals with most academic influence, or at least two papers included in SCI where the applicant is the first author. Or significant engineering capabilities (identified).

l  No more than thirsty-five years old.

接收外校免试攻读硕士学位研究生办法

                                                              西交研〔2013〕71号

一、申请条件

1．政治态度端正，思想意识健康，遵纪守法，诚实守信，学风端正，品行优良，无任何学术不端行为记录，无任何违纪行为记录；

2．获得所在学校推荐免试资格；

3. 所在学校一般应是“985”院校或是“211工程”院校中学习成绩名列前茅（综合成绩专业排名前10%）的优秀应届本科学生；或是其它高等院校的重点学科（国家级）中综合成绩专业排名前5%的优秀应届本科毕业生，且通过国家英语六级。

满足上述条件者，在国家级竞赛中获得较高层次奖励、在公开刊物已发表过论文或有社会实践经历且获得优良评价者优先接收。

二、申请材料

1．《西安交通大学2014年接收外校推荐免试攻读硕士学位研究生申请表》（学术型学位、专业学位）；

2．加盖申请人所在学校教务处公章的本科正式成绩单；

3．英语等级证书复印件；

4．在校期间，如获得过奖励、发表学术论文、出版物或其它学术工作成果、社会实践鉴定等，请提供相应复印件或证明。

 三、申请、接收办法

           1．从2013年9月10日开始，申请人按照要求填写本接收办法附表（西安交通大学2014年接收外校推荐免试攻读硕士学位研究生申请表）。

2．于2013年9月30日以前将本办法所要求的全部申请材料直接寄（或送）达申报专业所在学院研究生办公室。（各学院联系方式见附件3）。

3． 获得学术型免试资格且被我校录取的免试生原则上均按长学制研究生培养，不愿按长学制培养者应在申请表中注明，或申请免试攻读我校相关领域硕士专业学位

4． 获得专业学位免试资格的学生，可申请免试攻读我校硕士专业学位（除工商管理硕士、公共管理硕士及工程管理硕士），专业学位种类（领域）请查看我校专业学位招生目录。

5．申请材料经各学院招生工作组初审后，通知申请人在规定时间内进行复试。

6．对通过复试并同意接收的外校优秀应届本科毕业生，由学院凭面试记录表到研招办开具接收函。

7．被我校接收的推免生凭接收函到所在学校研招办领取本人所在省（市）高校招生办公室签发的《全国推荐免试攻读硕士学位研究生（直博生）登记表》（封面上须有当地省级招生办盖章）。于11月20前将《推荐免试硕士生报名登记表》、在校历年成绩单、体检表（可在当地或我校参加体检）用中国邮政快递（EMS）邮寄或送至西安交通大学研招办。

8．已被我校接收的外校推免生，仍须参加全国硕士研究生统一报名。报名分网报及现场确认两个步骤。网报需登录中国研究生招生信息网（http://yz.chsi.cn或http://yz.chsi.com.cn）；现场确认时，陕西省内学校的学生来我校宪梓堂办理，外省学生到所在学校报名点办理，未办理正式报名手续者不能被录取。报名时间以教育部文件为准。

9．为方便外省（市）学生复试，我校部分学院会在全国部分地区或院校设点复试，符合我校接收条件者，可与相关学院联系，携带申请材料就近参加复试，具体时间、地点及要求请于9月下旬留意欲申报学院网上通知和我校研招网（/xjtu/mu_gs/zhaos）发布的信息。

四．其它

1． 已被我校接收的推荐免试生，须保证不再擅自办理出国手续，不再列入就业计划，并不再次报名参加硕士生入学统一考试；

2． 如在2014年7月底前不能按期获得学士学位或必修课不及格或体检不合格者，将被取消录取资格。

3．如申请人提供的信息和材料不真实或存在诚信问题，任何时候一经发现将取消申请人录取资格或学籍，后果由申请人本人负责。
