Shaanxi Youth Science and technology award was jointly set up by the CPC Shaanxi provincial Party Committee Organization Department, Shaanxi Provincial Department of human resources and social security, the Shaanxi Provincial Association for science and technology, which reviews every two years. It faces to all the young scientists in Shaanxi province, aiming to encourage and award the outstanding representatives of the young scientists in Shaanxi, and to train a group of young academic and technical leaders who have been the national and even the world's scientific and technological frontier. This time (the 11th session) has awarded the 72 Youth Science and technology awards and 10 youth science and technology pacesetters.
