February 24, 2017, the Second Session of Young Teachers’ Development Salon was held successfully by Xi'an Jiao Tong University dental hospital. This activity was organized by the Party committee of the hospital, Ministry of science and education and young teachers’ development salon committee. Professor Feng Xu from BEBC was invited to the salon and delivered a report.

At 4pm, the salon began on time in West conference room of science and technology building. The theme of the salon is on the experience in personal development and funding application. Secretary Hong Zhou and vice president Li Ang Li spoke highly of this theme and gave warmly welcome to all the participants.  Professor Xu Feng gave a report on "Changes, Opportunities and Challenges", sharing his own story from personal experience to team growth and academic development. He encouraged all the young teachers to develop their career by combing with their own characteristics.

The salon has a rigorous academic discussion, but also a relaxed and free thinking collision. Finally, the salon came to a successful conclusion in the heat discussion among all participants.
