Abstract
The SoFTA Career Planning Series is dedicated to helping students from the School of Film and TV Arts stay updated with the latest industry trends and career development directions. The series offers a rich array of activities, including career planning sessions, insights from alumni on their academic applications, discussions on internship opportunities in the workplace, resume crafting, and interview skills training. All these are designed to equip students with valuable industry information and professional experiences to support their future career planning. These events not only ignite students' passion for their major but also assist them in defining their career paths and encourage them to delve deeper into their academic studies. The series is planned to be held once a month, with three events scheduled for this semester.

Yao Zhou, Director Editor of Suzhou Broadcasting System and Deputy General Manager of Suzhou Radio and Television Culture Communication Co. has created documentaries that have been aired on major channels at home and abroad and won awards. She specializes in documentary creation, media content production, media creativity and planning, and cultural communication.
