On the morning of April 14, invited by SEM Postgraduate Union, Prof. Dr. HUO Jiazhen, Dean of SEM, Tongji University, attended the activity "our SEM, our spiritual home- conversation with Dean HUO Jiazhen", and made a communication with the students.

 

During the conversation, Dean HUO expressed that SEM, as a national-renowned business institution in China, ought to make efforts to realize "internationalization" in talents and faculty cultivation. As the "academic idol", Dean HUO gave instruction of thesis composition to the students. In Q&A section, Dean HUO’s meticulous solutions left a deep impression on the graduates. Afterwards, the graduates made communication with Dean HUO concerning the topics of study, employment, life, etc. Dean HUO offered patient and kind explanation to all graduates’ questions. Especially on the employment topic, Dean HUO, connecting with his personal experience, taught a vivid practical lesson to the graduates. The graduates expressed that they did learn quite a lot from the conversation.
