I am an Associate Professor at the School of Economics and Management, Tongji University, Shanghai, China. I hold a Ph.D. from the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology and have been a visiting scholar at the Department of Economics, Harvard University, and the Haas School of Business, UC Berkeley. My research focuses on contractual, organizational, institutional, and political issues related to the provision of infrastructure and public services, with a particular emphasis on Public-Private Partnerships (PPP), public procurement, and platform economics. I am dedicated to exploring the trade-off between efficiency and equity in urban development and ensuring its sustainability. As a PPP expert, I have served on China's National Development and Reform Commission.
