视频监控擒贼记五

       2010年12月30日10时，科技学院建筑2010级学生罗某打开眷诚斋16号寝室衣柜使用笔记本电脑时，发现电脑不翼而飞了，仔细查看衣柜明锁并没发现异常，罗某立即和同学向110、学校保卫处报案被盗。
       罗某最后一次使用笔记本电脑并放入衣柜的时间是2010年12月14日22时，保卫处治安科立即安排组织调看了监控录像，经过元旦假期的连续调看，1月4日调看到2010年12月29日15时53分罗某同学江某手提笔记本包离开宿舍的监控视频。
        4日九里堤派出所依法传唤讯问了江某，江某交代了盗窃同学笔记本电脑的违法事实。
       另4日下午，某学院已退学尚未离校的冯某盗窃同宿舍同学的两台笔记本电脑，被同学发现扭获；2010年12月27日网络学院非脱产学生万某盗窃女友同学的数码相机被查获。
       现江某、冯某、万某三人已被金牛区公安分局依法刑事拘留。
