聚焦新能源材料和器件研究(新型光伏技术 + 未来可穿戴柔性电子技术),发展交叉科学研究新手段与新技术,立足化学和物理深入认识物质形成规律,创新半导体材料基础理论,掌握半导体可控制备关键技术并推进应用验证。
