高 斐

教授 Professor, 博士,中国科学院半导体研究所,Ph.D., Institute of Semiconductors, Chinese Academy of Science.

         曾经在美国劳伦斯伯克利国家实验室 、澳大利亚新南威尔士大学 、新加坡南洋理工大学 、德国波茨坦大学和西安现代光学研究所进行过博士后和访学等研究工作。Prof. Fei Gao has worked as post-doctor and visiting scholar in Lawrence Berkeley National Laboratory, University of New South Wales, Nanyang University of Technology, Potsdam University, and Institute of Xi'an Modern Optics.

 教学  教学理念:让学生花尽可能少的时间和精力而获得尽可能多的宝贵的知识。讲课尽量做到通俗易懂、生动有趣。给本科生讲授过《材料物理性能》、《新能源材料与器件专业英语》、《英语单词识记》(全校公选课)、《力学》、《光学》;给研究生讲授过《光电子学》、《光伏材料与太阳能电池》。

 科研    主要进行光伏薄膜材料及太阳能电池研究,包括钙钛矿薄膜太阳电池Perovskite thin film solar cell、氧化铜薄膜太阳电池CuO thin film solar cell、新型光伏薄膜材料和结构New photovoltaic thinfilm materials and structure. 重要科学创新:实现了非晶/纳晶薄膜材料(CuO:Se复合材料薄膜)的光生载流子扩散长度(3.14 mm)远大于单晶材料的光生载流子扩散长度(p型单晶硅为1.95 mm)。Important scientific innovation: for the first time, it has been realized that the photogenerated carrier diffusion length (3.14 mm) ofamorphous/nanocrystalline film material (CuO:Se composite film) is much larger than that of monocrystalline material (p-Si 1.95 mm).

            业余时间从事英语单词识记研究以解决英语单词难记的问题,首次提出了英语单词的“字”、“词”概念。采用以字带词的方法,容易和高效地识记大量英语单词,快速突破词汇关。
