赛音，西北民族大学音乐学院院长、教授、硕士研究生导师，甘肃省音乐家协会副主席。

About the author

Professor Sai Yin is the dean and instructor of the graduate students of the School of Music of Northwest Minzu University. He is also the Vice Chairman of Gansu Musicians Association.
