Job Announcement for Research Department, Collaborative Innovation Center of South China Sea Studies
中国南海研究协同创新中心是教育部认定的国家级2011协同创新中心，中心总部设在南京大学，中心定位于国际一流的南海研究学术创新体，南海战略决策的高端智库，南海国际交流对话平台和涉海事务高端人才培养基地。为落实《中国南海研究协同创新中心发展规划（2013-2016年）》任务，构建具有国际水平的创新团队，现面向海内外公开招聘研究部人员。
The Collaborative Innovation Center of South China Sea Studies is headquartered at Nanjing University. This highly innovative program was initiated by the Ministry of Education, and is supported by the National 2011 Program of China. The center aims to become a world class innovative research center on South China Sea studies, a high level think tank on South China Sea policy, a platform for dialogue and international communication on the South China Sea issue, and a venue where talents relating to the law of the sea can be cultivated. To implement the Development Scheme of the Collaborative Innovation Center for the South China Sea(2013-2016), the center is now looking for research fellows from home and abroad to build an innovative world-class team:

二、待遇和支撑条件
1、根据“2011计划”关于人员聘用和薪酬的改革方向，中心将为聘用人员提供优厚薪酬，并根据任务完成情况给予绩效奖励。
2、中心为聘用人员提供20—200万科研启动经费，并提供相应的办公、科研空间和住房保障。
Benefit and Guarantee
1. According to the recruitment and remuneration policy of the 2011 program, the center will provide a generous salary and bonuses.
2. The center will provide a research fund of between 200,000 and 2,000,000 Yuan, as well as an office, research space and accommodation for those researchers employed.
三、应聘材料
1、中、英文个人简历一份；
2、近五年承担科研项目、发表论文、获奖成果清单和未来研究计划；
3、承担科研项目等证明复印件；5篇高质量论文的全文；重要专著、咨询报告的封面、版权页和目录；
4、担任国际学术会议主席、特邀报告的邀请信、通知等复印件；
5、2名同行专家推荐信（已有高级职称人员除外）。

Application Material
1. Resume/CV in English and Chinese.
2. A list of research projects, papers published, and honors received in the past five years, and a research proposal.
3. Scanned evidence of undertaken research projects; 5 high-quality journal articles(full text); cover page, copyright page and content of books and consulting reports.
4. Scanned notice or invitation letter for chairing or addressing an international academic conference.
5. Two peer references (this item is not needed for those who have a senior academic title)
