The contest attracted a total of 382 official teams from 201 universities including Beihang University, Wuhan University, Tongji University, Xi'an Jiaotong University, Harbin Institute of Technology (Shenzhen), and NEU. After a fierce contest of programming problem- solving for five consecutive hours, teams from NEU, Harbin Institute of Technology (Shenzhen), and Wuhan University respectively won the championship, runner-up, and third place in the contest.
