During November 12-15, the “TI Cup” National Undergraduate Electronic Design Contest 2021 (Liaoning Contest Area) & the TI Cup Liaoning College Students Electronic Design Contest evaluation work were carried out in NEU. NEU selected 30 teams to participate in the contest. Through evaluation and recommendation by experts, these teams won a total of 4 first prizes, 9 second prizes and 5 third prizes. Among them, the team of Wang Zhiwei, Xu Zhang and Lu Xiaoman, guided by teachers Wang Mingquan and Li Dayu from NEU’s College of Computer Science and Engineering, won the TI Cup”, the highest prize in the contest. This is the third time in the history of NEU to win the TI Cup” of Liaoning Province. In addition, 3 teams from NEU were recommended to the national organizing committee for the national awards.
The contest, conducted in the way of online evaluation, attracted a total of 519 teams from 33 universities in Liaoning Province. After expert evaluation and recommendation, 51 first prize winners, 94 second prize winners and 143 third prize winners finally generated, and a total of 31 teams were recommended to the national organizing committee for the national awards.
