November 19th, the Clarivate Analytics announced Highly Cited Researchers 2019, and 6216 scientists of various subject fields form near 60 countries were elected to the list. YangGuanghong and ZhangHuaguang,professors of College of Information Science and Engineering Northeastern University were elected to the Highly Cited Researchers 2019.The number of Highly Cited Researchers and the number of Highly Cited ESI papers play important roles in University Evaluation or Subject evaluation at home and abroad.
