Northeastern University Alumni Forum lecture series was started on May 5th, Xu Dianqing, famous economist, professor of Peking University, gave a speech on the topic of “The Economic Situation of China and the World” in college of business administration.
Started with the current hot discussion of whether housing price would decline, Xu Dianqing interpreted China’s and the world’s economic development situation comprehensively through analyzing problems as monetary high, high household savings and China’s limited domestic investment channel. He pointed out that, in this situation, the housing price would not decline but increase in cities instead.
