Research Achievement:

Dr. Luo was selected as an Outstanding Young Talent and a member of Ten Million Talents Project in the New Century in Jiangxi Province. He was a visiting scholar of the University of Melbourne in Australia, and currently serves as the Deputy Director of Jiangxi Key Laboratory of Cyberspace and Information Security.

His research areas are New Network Technology, Cyberspace Security, and Cryptography. In recent years, as the first leader, he has been responsible for two National Natural Science Foundation projects, six Science and Technology projects of Jiangxi Province, and four provincial Education Reform projects. He has published more than 40 papers, including nearly 20 SCI papers, and has been granted 3 patents and 8 software copyrights. He has also won the second prize of the Provincial Science and Technology Progress Award and the second prize of the Provincial Teaching Achievement Award, and was recognized as an excellent instructor in the National Information Security Competition, etc.
