商品混凝土产业平台化转型研究

摘 要
在互联网平台崛起的大背景下,众多行业开启了平台化变革道路,例如零售业、交通行业。建筑业在由高速发展转向中高速发展的过程中,开始倡导高效、低成本、可持续,以往管理粗放、效率低下、浪费严重的建造模式已经无法维持。而商品混凝土产业属于材料制造业,由于其自动化程度高、数据链较为完整,因而可以成为建筑业平台化的切入点。本文在国内外研究现状、商品混凝土产业面临问题、技术支撑等基础之上,探索商品混凝土产业平台化转型的可能,并对平台构成后业务的延伸与所面临的问题进行分析。
首先,本文分析了商品混凝土产业中各方在政策影响、传统交易模式下面临的问题以及平台的特征及优势,以阐述商品混凝土产业进行平台化转型的必要性;在广泛收集整理相关资料的基础之上,总结出易于以及不易于平台化的产业的特征,并介绍时下商品混凝土产业中信息技术的应用,以表达其转型的可能性。
然后,为构建商品混凝土交易服务平台,在价值链理论下对产业上下游进行梳理,为打破传统交易模式,对商品混凝土产业价值链进行重构,通过价值链去除、合并、引入三个步骤,构思平台化商品混凝土产业的发展方向。通过纵向价值链延伸,构想未来商品混凝土平台可以发展的新业务,以达到有效提升价值链优化所带来的增值效果的目的。
最后,本文为解决平台化后产业面对的核心问题之一——信用问题,引入区块链技术,对商品混凝土交易服务平台进行逻辑架构以及整体架构的构建,在此基础之上,分析基于区块链技术的平台在物流、融资、支付结算过程中信用问题的解决办法。

Abstract
In the context of the rise of the Internet platform, many industries have opened up the path of platform-based change, such as retail and transportation. In the process of rapid development from high-speed development to high-speed development, the construction industry has advocated high efficiency, low cost and sustainability. In the past, the construction mode of extensive management, inefficiency and serious waste has been unable to maintain. The commodity concrete industry belongs to the material manufacturing industry. Due to its high degree of automation and complete data chain, it can become a breakthrough point for the construction industry. Based on the research status at home and abroad, the problems faced by the commodity concrete industry, and technical support, this paper explores the possibility of platform transformation of the commodity concrete industry, and analyzes the extension of the business after the platform is formed and the problems faced.
Firstly, this paper analyzes the problems faced by all parties in the commodity concrete industry under the influence of policies and traditional trading modes, as well as the characteristics and advantages of the platform, in order to explain the necessity of the platform transformation of the commodity concrete industry; On the above, it summarizes the characteristics of industries that are easy and not easy to platform, and introduces the application of information technology in the current commodity concrete industry to express the possibility of its transformation.
Then, in order to construct a commercial concrete trading service platform, the upstream and downstream industries are sorted out under the value chain theory. In order to break the traditional trading mode, the commodity concrete industry value chain is reconstructed, and the three steps of removing, merging and introducing the value chain are carried out. Conceive the development direction of the platformized commodity concrete industry. Through the extension of the vertical value chain, it is conceived that the future commercial concrete platform can develop financing services, logistics services, information technology, service commerce, and service construction waste resource business services to effectively enhance the value-added effect brought by value chain optimization.
Finally, in order to solve the core problem facing the post-platformization industry--credit problem, this paper introduces blockchain technology, constructs the logical structure of the commodity concrete trading service platform and the overall structure. On this basis, the analysis is based on the block. The solution of the chain technology in the logistics, financing, payment and settlement process of credit problems.
