建设工程分析软件产业发展要素及路径研究

摘要

在以数字建造为核心的“中国建造2035”发展战略背景下,建筑业信息化转型升级离不开各类建设工程分析软件的支撑。目前我国建设工程分析软件市场被国外软件占据,可能带来经济损失和工程数据安全隐患,导致建筑业发展受阻。由于制约我国建设工程分析软件发展的因素众多,现有研究缺少对其系统性分析。因此,本文结合产业创新系统理论,扎根理论,结构方程模型方法对我国建设工程分析软件自主创新发展要素及用影响路径进行研究,提出我国建设工程分析软件的发展方案。本文的主要研究工作如下:

1、我国建设工程分析软件发展现状及短板分析。本文结合深度访谈和问卷调查法分析了建设工程分析软件在国内发展的情况,在房建、桥梁、岩土、市政等不同工程中,分析软件应用及其发展情况并不一致,总体来说我国具有核心竞争力的自主创新建设工程分析软件发展较为落后。

2、我国建设工程分析软件产业发展要素指标清单建立并对其影响路径进行实证分析。基于产业创新系统理论框架,应用扎根理论与结构方程模型构建建设工程分析软件发展六个要素指标清单,建立由政策要素为出发点的理论模型,通过实证分析发现政策法规、市场环境、技术储备、企业经营与研发水平、资源配置对软件发展水平都是极为重要的发展要素并均有正向调节作用。

3、归纳国内建设工程分析软件自主创新发展路径,从国家层面、市场层面、企业层面三个维度分析总结发展方案。最后,综合实证结果与国外软件产业发展路径,归纳建设工程分析软件发展的路径及推进建设工程分析软件发展方案。

本文基于以上研究,以期为建设工程分析软件发展的政策制定、市场环境构建及建筑业企业发展提供参考和建议,具有较好的理论和实践意义。

Abstract

Against the background of the "China Construction 2035" development strategy with digital construction as the core, the upgrading of the construction industry cannot be separated from the support of various CAE software. However, the domestic CAE software market in China is dominated by foreign software. The market monopoly caused by foreign CAE software will not only bring economic losses, but also bring hidden dangers in data security. Chinese engineering analysis software development is involved in various factors and complex interrelation networks. Under sectoral systems of innovation theory, the thesis used grounded theory and the structural equation model to analyze the elements and their interrelation with engineering analysis software development. The main research results are as follows:

1The development status and weak points of engineering analysis software in China have been analyzed. This thesis combines in-depth interviews and questionnaire survey methods to analyze the types of high-occupation engineering analysis software on the market and their development. The software development status from housing construction, bridge, geotechnical and municipal fields and their weak points has been identified.

2An elaborated analysis of all elements and interrelation based on the sectoral systems of innovation has been conducted. The thesis analyzed six elements and their indicators for software development. A theoretical model based on the policy elements has been established. Applying the structural equation model method to conduct an empirical analysis of the interrelation between elements, we found that policies, the market environment, enterprise management and the R&D level, resource allocation and technical development all have a positive impact on software development.

3The development plan of Chinese engineering analysis software from the macro, meso and micro views has been summarized. Based on the results of hypothesis testing and analysis of the development of foreign software industries, the thesis summarized the plan from the perspective of policy formulation.
