关于开展2017-2018学年度各类国际学生奖学金资格评审的通知

全校各院（系）、全体国际学生：

To all schools and international students,  

根据国家留学基金管理委员会的通知要求，学校拟组织开展2017-2018学年度各类国际学生的奖学金资格评审工作。

According to notice from China Scholarship Council (CSC), HUST is proposed to hold annual scholarship review for international students in2017-2018.

凡在校学习期限为一年及以上、受中国政府奖学金（含商务部奖学金与华中科技大学校长奖学金）资助的非毕业生，均须参加奖学金年度评审。评审通过的，下一年度继续享受奖学金资助；评审不通过的，下一学年度奖学金资格将被中止或取消。

All non-graduated students with one-year study period or above, and sponsored by CSC (including MOFCOM scholarship and HUST President scholarship, should participate in annual scholarship review. The eligible students will continue to be sponsored, if not, suspended or cancelled.

享受奖学金资助的国际学生应填写评审表 ，经导师（限研究生）评审后，于4月19日17:00前将评审表（双面打印）及相关材料（本科生为成绩单；研究生为成绩单或者科研进展情况报告）提交至所在院系。

All students sponsored by scholarships should fill in Form for Annual Review of Chinese Government Scholarship Status, and submit the hard copies of the form (double sided) and the documents (transcript for undergraduates, and transcript or research progress report for graduates) to the schools before 5:00PM on April 19, 2018, after approved by the supervisor.

各院系应重视做好此次评审工作，认真审核国际学生的学习成绩、出勤情况、学习科研进展以及日常表现，出具初审意见（合格或者不合格），并加盖院系公章，真正通过评审促进国际学生学习科研能力的提高。

All schools shall attach importance to this review work, carefully review transcripts, attendance, study/research progress and daily conducts, and issue the opinions of primary review (qualified or disqualified) with official seal. Promote study/research ability of international students by the review.

学校将对国际学生的学习情况、行为表现和奖惩情况进行综合评审，评审结果最终由国家留学基金管理委员会决定。

HUST will conduct a comprehensive review for each international student, and the conclusion will be determined by CSC.

有下列情况之一的，中止国际学生的奖学金资格：

1. 本科生所修学分不足，达到退学警示线的；

2. 研究生学位课考试不及格的；

3. 违反中国法律法规或违反校规校纪，受到处罚或处分的。

If any following circumstances, the scholarship qualification will be terminated:

1. Undergraduates not acquired sufficient credits, and in the dropout warning line.

2. Graduates failing in the degree course.

3. Any students obtaining punishment due to behaviors against Chinese laws and regulations, or HUST rules.

有下列情况之一的，取消国际学生的奖学金资格：

1. 受到退学处理或者开除学籍处分的；

2. 在校学习期间累计两次未通过年度评审的；

3. 不按时参加年度评审的。

If any following circumstances, the scholarship qualification will be cancelled:

1. International students expelled from the school or expelled from academic status.

2. International students failing in annual scholarship review twice.

3. International students failing to attend annual review on time.

院系汇总评审表后，应于4月25日之前将评审表及相关附件一并提交至国际学生办公室。同济校区的院系提交至医科国际学生办公室。

The Forms should be collected by schools and submitted to International Student Office together with related materials before April 25, 2018. Forms in Tongji Campus should be submitted to Medical International Student Office.
