Since Wuhan Planning Exhibition Hall was opened in 2012, it has become more and more international. The hall has received more than 600 groups of visitors coming from 115 countries around the world, government officials and royal family members coming from 6 countries, and ambassadors to China coming from 30 countries. In order to make Wuhan Planning Exhibition Hall better as an international exchange platform, deliver related information of accelerating the construction of a contemporary, international, and ecological Wuhan, we intend to recruit international students studying in Wuhan as volunteer guides. Detailed information is as follows,
I. Objective
To accelerate the construction of a contemporary, international, and ecological Wuhan, and meet the needs of the internationalization of the Planning Hall, and enrich the languages of interpretation, we will start the recruitment of international volunteer guide.

IV. Recruitment
The first group of international volunteer guide will serve for one year.
The recruitment will be carried out on a basis of universities’ recommendation and students’ application. International students fill in the application form and submit to the university, and the university will select the applicants and recommend to the Wuhan Planning Exhibition Hall.
Wuhan Planning Exhibition Hall will invite experts of Wuhan Land Resources and Planning Bureau, Foreign Affairs Office of Wuhan Municipal Government, Exit and Entry Administration Department of Wuhan Public Security Bureau to interview all the recommended applicants.40 qualified international volunteer guides will be selected which includes 20 guides who offer English service and 20 guides who offer other language service.The selected qualified guides also have the opportunity to participate in the unique training activities organized by Wuhan Planning Exhibition Hall.
V. Service
The international volunteer guides will offer service including foreign language interpretation, text proofreading, guest reception, information inquiry and other volunteer service.
During the service period, the Wuhan Planning Exhibition Hall will inform the international volunteer guides who offer relevant language service in advance to meet the need of service.
