科学研究
研究方向为在心血管疾病中内质网(ER)应激反应对血管内皮细胞的调控机制。采用遗传动物模型中,我们研究的目的是揭示ER应激通路中未折叠蛋白反应(UPR),特别是IRE1通路,调节内皮细胞功能的分子机制。
