个人简介

张永，博士、教授、博士生导师，中国计算机学会高级会员。男，1975年生，1997年获淮北煤炭师范学院理学学士学位，2002年获上海理工大学工学硕士学位，2008年获大连理工大学工学博士学位。入选辽宁省“百千万人才工程”百人层次，辽宁省高等学校创新人才支持计划。

先后主持和参与国家和省部级科研课题10余项。在《IEEE Transactions on Neural Networks and Learning Systems》《IEEE Transactions on Computational Social Systems》《IEEE Journal of Biomedical and Health Informatics》《Information Sciences》《ISA Transactions》等国内外期刊和会议上发表论文70余篇，参与出版教材2部，授权发明专利1项。作为主要成员获国家级高等教育教学成果奖二等奖1项。
