Probing the statuses of molecular gas using HI, CO and COMs
Speaker: Xunchuan Liu (SHAO)
Venue: SWIFAR Building 2111
Time: 12:30 PM, Thursday, Mar. 3, 2022
Abstract:
The origin of H2, CO and COMs (complex organic molecules) are important for us to study the origins of interstellar objects and organic phenomenon. I’d like to share what I have done and what I’m going to do, mainly about: Search for the HI within molecular cloud and molecular gas within atomic gas; Study the chemical properties of Planck Galactic Cold Clumps; Observations and analyses of COMs in starless cores, hot cores as well as extended emission regions in star formation regions.
