 刘琪,男,博士,199211月生,云南省曲靖市人,入选云南省“兴滇英才”支持计划青年人才专项(2023)及云南大学“青年人才培优计划”。现任助理研究员,硕士生导师。

主要从事环境DNA与微生物生态学方面的研究。先后承担完成了国家自然科学基金青年项目、中国博士后科学基金面上项目、云南省科技厅基础研究专项青年项目和面上项目等5余项;在国内外核心刊物上发表SCI学术论文30余篇。

在云南高原湖泊微生物多样性及其群落动态和功能差异研究方面取得了突出成绩,主要包括以下几个方面:

1)结合eDNA分析,充分认识了云南九大高原湖泊微生物的群落结构及多样性差异,系统分析了旱、雨季云南九大高原湖泊的营养状况、微生物区系及微生物代谢潜力的深刻变化,准确掌握九大高原湖泊的生态环境变化特征及湖泊微生物群落结构变化的驱动机制。

2)探究了高原湖泊中浮游植物群落和蓝藻毒素(MCs)对细菌群落的影响,揭示了细菌群落对浮游植物群落变化和MCs的响应规律及驱动机制,为进一步理解浮游植物和细菌间的生态互作关系领域的研究提供了科学依据。

3)在群落层面分析了菱角(Trapa japonica)对湖泊微生物群落结构、时空分布特征的影响,及其对蓝藻水华的抑制作用,提升了水生植物对蓝藻水华治理和湖泊生态环境改善的指导意义和实用价值。
