常凤琴,女,博士,1976年3月生,宁夏中卫市人,现任副研究员,硕士生导师。目前担任高原湖泊生态与治理研究院副院长,杞麓湖高原浅水湖泊云南省野外科学观测研究站站长。
主要从事湖泊污染治理及生态修复方面的研究。先后承担完成了国家自然科学基金项目、云南省科技厅项目、横向课题等10余项;在国内外核心刊物上发表学术论文60余篇,其中SCI刊物上发表40余篇。
在高原湖泊生态修复与治理方面取得了突出成绩,完成了2个水生态修复示范基地的建设,以及3个水生态修复工程。通过这几个科技示范工程类项目的实施,削减了湿地及河道的面源污染和内源负荷,恢复水体生态系统的生物多样性,为湖泊及面源污染治理及水生态修复项目提供科学支撑和工程借鉴。
