In the finals, contestants focused on career positioning, showcasing their learning and practical experience, and job competency. Participants demonstrated their desire to contribute to technological innovation, cultural heritage protection, education, or volunteer services.
Following fierce competition, 16 participants were awarded gold medals, 32 received silver, and 47 earned bronze.
Yunnan University values career planning competitions as a way to foster employment-oriented education. A series of supporting activities were held alongside the campus competition, including preparatory training sessions, a Career Experience Week, and employment guidance seminars.
