摘 要：毛泽东思想不仅是中非建交的指导思想，也是新时代构建中非命运共同体的重要渊源之一。新中国成立之前，基于中非反帝反殖的共同价值追求，以毛泽东为核心的第一代中央领导集体开始关注非洲在中国外交布局中的战略地位，有意识地关注和了解非洲。新中国成立后，毛泽东根据国内外局势变化先后提出“三大外交方针”“中间地带”“国际和平统一战线”“三个世界划分”等具有普遍指导意义的思想论断，不仅打破了中国外交困局，还为中非关系发展奠定了坚实的基础。时至今日，毛泽东思想依然在中非外交实践中熠熠生辉。从价值维度看，毛泽东思想在中非外交实践发展中不仅具有丰厚的历史价值、理论价值，而且对指导新时代中非命运共同体构建具有重要的现实意义。因此，进一步探讨毛泽东思想在中非外交实践中的价值意义深远。

The Value Connotation of Mao Zedong Thought in the Practice of Sino-Africa Diplomacy

Abstract:Mao Zedong Thought is not only the guiding ideology for the establishment of diplomatic relations between China and Africa,but also one of the important origins for building a China-Africa community with a shared future in the new era.Before the foundingof the People's Republic of China,based on the common value pursuit of anti-imperialism and anti-colonialism in China and Africa,the Rarty's first generation of central collective leadership with Mao Zedong as the core began to pay attention to the strategic positionof Africa in China's diplomatic layout,consciously showing concern for and trying to understand Africa.After the People's Republic ofChina came into being,Mao Zedong successively put forward some ideological judgments with universal guiding significance,such asthe “Three Major Diplomatic Policies,“Middle Zone”,“International United Front for Peace”,and“Division of Three Worlds”,based on changes in domestic and international situations.This not only broke the predicament in China's diplomacy,but also laid asolid foundation for the development of Sino-Africa relations.To this day,Mao Zedong Thought still shines brightly in the practice ofSino-Africa diplomacy.Viewed from the value dimension,Mao Zedong Thought not only has rich historical and theoretical value in thedevelopment of diplomatic practice between China and Africa,but also is of great practical significance in guiding the construction ofChina-Africa community with a shared future in the new era.Therefore,there is profound significance in further exploration of the valueof Mao Zedong Thought in the diplomatic practice between China and Africa.
