田蕊,厦门大学公共卫生学院副教授,博士生导师。2018年毕业于厦门大学,获理学博士学位,专业为生物化学和分子生物学(导师:夏宁邵院士)。博士期间(2015-2018年),先后受国家留学基金委(CSC)和美国国立卫生研究院(NIH)的资助,在NIH的国家生物医学影像和生物工程研究院(NIBIB)进行公派联合培养和访学(联合培养导师:Prof. Xiaoyuan (Shawn)教授)。2018-2020年继续在NIH进行博士后研究。期间主要围绕“基于白蛋白的诊疗体系”和“近红外二区生物成像”开展工作。2020年8月入职厦门大学分子疫苗学和分子诊断学国家重点实验室,独立开展工作。入选福建省优青、福建省高层次人才(海外引进)、厦门大学“南强青年拔尖人才计划”、厦门市高层次留学引进人才等。

共发表SCI论文60余篇,其中以第一/通讯作者(含共同)在Science Advances, Nature Communications, Advanced Materials, ACS Nano, Advanced Functional Materials, Chemical Science等杂志上发表SCI论文20篇(IF>10分共15篇)。2021年受邀担任European Journal of Nuclear Medicine and Molecular Imaging期刊编委(EJNMMI,Editorial board)(IF: 10.057,Springer期刊Imaging/Radiology领域排名:1/53);担任多个国际学术期刊的审稿人

在成果转化方面,以第一作者署名的项基于白蛋白诊疗一体化的研究成果已经进入到临床转化研究阶段,其中EBTATE通过美国MTTI (Molecular Targeting Technologies, Inc.)公司在德国和国内多地进行临床转化研究。申请专利八项,已授权四项。
