【讲座预告】Prof. Roman Dremliuga——Legal regime of Arctic ocean:View from Russia

主讲人简介：

Roman Dremliuga now is a professor at School of Law, Far Eastern Federal University (FEFU). He got his PHD at Institute of Law, Far Eastern State University, Russia in 2007. As Vice Dean, FEFU School of Law, Roman focuses his research on Law of the Sea, Environmental and Biodiversity Laws, International Criminal Law and Internet Law. He published several articles and gave lectures in English during these years. In 2017, he published the article “A Note on the Application of Article 234 of the Law of the Sea Convention considering Climate Change: Views from Russia” onOcean Development & International Law, which is a TOP - 100 Law Journal, and indexed by Scopus and Web of Science.

Roman Dremliuga，2007年获俄罗斯远东州立大学法学院博士学位，现为远东联邦大学法学院教授，远东联邦大学法学院副院长。其主要研究领域包括：海洋法、环境和生物多样性法律、国际刑法和互联网法。Roman Dremliuga教授曾公开发表多篇学术论文，近些年还用英文授课，并发表了几篇英语论文，比如2017年，他在《海洋开发和国际法》（Ocean Development & International Law）期刊上发表了一篇题为“A Note on the Application of Article 234 of the Law of the Sea Convention considering Climate Change: Views from Russia”的英文论文，值得注意的是，《海洋开发和国际法》属于全球排名前100的法学期刊，也是Scopus和Web of Science数据库来源期刊。
