主讲人简介：

Natalia G. Prisekina, professor at Far Eastern Federal University, Ph.D. in Law, Partner and Head of the Russian Far Eastern Office of a leading Russian law firm “Pepeliaev Group”; Vice Dean on Research and Innovations, School of Law, Far Eastern Federal University; Honorary Consul of the Republic of Chile in Vladivostok; Head of the Far Eastern Office of the Arbitration Center of Russian Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs.

Ms. Prisekina has extensive experience in international commercial and corporate transactions, maritime, transportation and labor law, as well as in civil and international litigation, and personally has handled many substantial transactions in the Russian Far East. Before joining law firm “Pepeliaev Group”, she served as a senior partner of Russin and Vecchi LLC International Legal Counsellors and headed the firm's office in Vladivostok, where she worked since 1995. President of the Rotary Club “Vladivostok” in 2004/2005 and 2010/2011 and Co-President of Russia-United States Intercountry Committee of Rotary International 2018/2019.

Natalia G. Prisekina，远东联邦大学教授，法学博士，俄罗斯顶级律师事务所“Pepeliaev Group”合伙人兼律所俄罗斯远东办事处负责人，远东联邦大学法学院副院长（分管科研创新工作），智利驻海参崴领事馆名誉领事，俄罗斯联邦实业家和企业家联盟仲裁中心远东办事处主任。

Prisekina女士在国际贸易、企业交易、海事法、交通法、劳工法等方面经验丰富，曾亲自处理过俄罗斯远东地区许多重大交易。在加入“Pepeliaev Group”律师事务所之前，她于1995年加入国际法律顾问公司“Russin and Vecchi LLC”，并担任公司资深合伙人及公司海参崴办事处负责人。此外，她还曾任2004-2005和2010-2011年度“国际扶轮”海参崴分社主席，2018-2019年度“国际扶轮”俄美国家间委员会联席主席。
