个人简历:

2021年加入厦门大学微电子与集成电路系,长期从事基于二维材料的新型信息器件、晶体管及其集成技术研究2017-2021先后在美国德州大学奥斯汀分校计算机与电气工程系微电子研究中心和南京大学电子学院从事科研和访学工作。迄今Nature Nanotechnology Nano LettersAdvanced MaterialsApplied Physics Letters国际知名期刊发表论文20余篇。作为项目负责人主持国家自然科学基金青年项目、福建省自然科学基金青年项目、中央高校基本科研基金项目、校企开发合作项目担任Nature ElectronicsNano Letters等期刊审稿人。福建省高层次人才,厦门市高层次人才,厦门市高层次留学人员。
