2021年加入厦门大学微电子与集成电路系,长期从事基于二维材料的新型信息器件、晶体管及其集成技术研究。2017-2021年先后在美国德州大学奥斯汀分校计算机与电气工程系、微电子研究中心和南京大学电子学院从事科研和访学工作。迄今在Nature Nanotechnology、 Nano Letters、Advanced Materials、Applied Physics Letters等国际知名期刊上发表论文20余篇。作为项目负责人主持国家自然科学基金青年项目、福建省自然科学基金青年项目、中央高校基本科研基金项目、校企开发合作项目等。担任Nature Electronics、Nano Letters等期刊审稿人。福建省高层次人才,厦门市高层次人才,厦门市高层次留学人员。
