代表性研究成果

1)单个活细胞的光寻址电化学成像。对传统光寻址电位传感成像技术进行改进,基于半导体-电解液界面发展了新型光电化学成像系统,最终实现了单个活细胞光寻址电化学成像,可检测单细胞表面电荷分布,适用于成骨细胞,小鼠神经细胞,人间充质干细胞等多种细胞类型,并用于单细胞动态过程免标记成像监测。(Anal. Chem., 2019, 91, 5896-5903;  Anal. 2)光寻址方波伏安法及其在生物传感与成像中的应用。提出了一种新型光寻址方波伏安法,采用恒定激光照射场效应结构半导体芯片,激发产生原位光生载流子,通过方波电压脉冲调制光生载流子的定向迁移和扩散过程,检测得到原位光电流,对其光电流的信号机制给出了完整的解释。将光寻址方波伏安法用于离子传感、酶促反应检测和电化学阻抗成像。( ACS Sens. 2021, 6(4): 1636-1642
