Zhang Jinghua, female, graduated from Xi’an Jiaotong University with BS and started her career in December 1986. As a technician, she has participated in over 50 research projects, two of which were funded by the National Natural Science Foundation of China. She has published 38 papers, including 8 papers as the first author and 6 in SCI-cited journals. She is a holder of two new-type patents as the first inventor. She is a member of the Fifth Session of the Sub-committee of Nutrition and Food Safety of Shaanxi Provincial Committee of Preventive Medicine. She has been serving for 20 years as a commissioner responsible for welfare of the Labor Union of Xi’an Jiaotong University Health Science Center.
