工作研究经历：

2023-至今 西安交通大学，教授；

2019- 2022  西安交通大学，副教授；

2017-2018  英国伯明翰大学及卢瑟福阿普顿实验室，博士后研究员

研究方向：

太赫兹电路与系统，微加工毫米波/太赫兹器件，3D打印微波器件，毫米波/太赫兹芯片测试技术。

曾因3D打印微波器件的工作获2017年IEEE-MTTs Tasto Itho Award，每年仅1篇学术论文获得该奖励，且是国内高校首次获奖

宽频带微型化双定向耦合器，国家重点研发计划“基础科研和重大科学仪器专项”，700万元，郭诚
