Institute of Multimedia Knowledge Fusion and Engineering

研究所以科技创新的“三个面向”为指引，依托“大数据算法与分析技术国家工程实验室”、“智能网络与网络安全教育部重点实验室”、“陕西省天地网技术重点实验室”等科研基地。以长期紧密合作的国家自然科学基金创新群体和教育部创新团队为核心，围绕跨媒体知识发现与融合开展了理论方法研究与工程应用，基本形成了兼具基础理论创新、技术自主创新、高层次人才培养和成果应用转化的科研基地。

The Institute is guided by the “Three Orientations”, and relies on “National Engineering Laboratory for Big Data Algorithms and Analysis Technology”, “MOE Key Laboratory for Intelligent Networks and Network Security”, “Shaanxi Key Laboratory of Satellite-Terrestrial Network Technology”, the NSFC Innovation Research Group, and the Innovative Team of MOE. The Institute has developed theoretical research and engineering applications around multi-media knowledge discovery and fusion, and has basically formed a scientific research base that combines basic theoretical innovation, independent technological innovation, high-level talent cultivation, and application transformation.
