Recently, the National Postdoctoral management office and Chinese Postdoctoral Science Foundation officially publicized the annual " 2017 Postdoctoral Innovation Talents Support" (referred to as "Boxin plan"), intending to subsidize the name list of candidates. This year over 300 people are in the list. Dr. Xiaocong He from BEBC are one of them. He Xiaocong is a Ph. D candidate School of Energy and Power Engineering of Xi'an Jiao Tong University. Her main research interests is nanoparticles translocation mechanism and she has rich experience in modeling and simulation. Later, she will join BEBC as a young teacher in POC group.
