Dr. Yuxiao Fang is currently serving as an Assistant Professor at Xi'an Jiaotong-Liverpool University. In 2021, he obtained a PhD from the University of Liverpool under a full scholarship. From 2021 to 2023, he conducted postdoctoral research at the Suzhou Institute of Nano-Tech and Nano-Bionics, Chinese Academy of Sciences, and was awarded the title of "Outstanding Postdoctoral Fellow in Jiangsu Province" in 2022 (ranked among the top 900 in the province). His primary research focuses on the application and stability analysis of oxide- and carbon nanotube-based transistor devices and circuits for next-generation semiconductor chips. To date, he has published 8 papers as the first and corresponding author in journals including Chemical Engineering Journal, ACS Applied Materials & Interfaces, and Nanoscale, with one paper recognized as a highly cited ESI paper. He holds one U.S. invention patent and has applied for 10 microelectronics-related patents, with 5 currently granted. He has led and participated in four national key research projects, with a cumulative funding exceeding 100 million RMB.
